Yes. Pro can be canceled monthly. If you're on the yearly plan, Pro simply runs until the end of the year you've paid for - you won't be charged again. After canceling, your account automatically switches to Free; your data stays intact.
Nothing is lost. Your entire history stays intact - even on the Free plan. If you have multiple children, you choose which child stays active when switching to Free - the others are archived (not deleted).
Hosted in Germany. All connections use TLS 1.3. Passwordless login via magic link reduces the attack surface. No third parties, no tracking, no ad networks. More details in our privacy policy.
Yes, anytime from your settings. When switching to yearly, the remaining paid balance of the month is credited. When switching to monthly, the new billing applies from the next cycle.
As soon as one parent has Pro and adds a child, all invited caregivers (up to 5 per child) automatically get Pro features for that child - no extra subscription needed. In practice: grandparents, the nanny, and the other parent instantly see what just happened - you pay once.
Credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, and Apple Pay via our payment provider Stripe. In the iOS app you can alternatively subscribe to Julino Pro directly through your Apple account. Invoices are available in your account area or from Apple.
